Delete your Denrim: Forge library account
The optional public library in Denrim: Forge for Android, Windows, and Linux uses Google sign-in and Supabase. You can request deletion without installing or signing in to the app.
Request deletion
Email privacy@denrim.com from the Google email address used to sign in, with the subject Denrim Forge library account deletion. State that you want your public-library account and associated hosted uploads deleted. Do not send your password.
We may ask you to confirm ownership before processing the request. We will reply to confirm the request and when deletion is complete. You can also reach us at support@denrim.com.
What is deleted
We delete the Forge publisher account held by Supabase, its associated account identity information, and the hosted projects, thumbnails, and publication metadata belonging to that account. Removing an upload cannot recall copies others have already downloaded. Your Google account is not deleted.
Projects and exports saved on your own devices are not affected. You control those files through your device or document provider. Support correspondence may be retained as needed to handle the request, as explained in our privacy policy.
In the app
Open the public-library panel, choose the project metadata tab, and select Delete Library Account beside the sign-in controls to open this page. Signing out alone does not delete your account or publications. You can remove individual uploads using their Delete control without deleting your account.
The Apple App Store editions use Apple’s iCloud/CloudKit account and do not create this Forge publisher account.
